We are looking for an experienced Account Administrator to help us with financial, administrative and clerical services. Your duties will include posting and monitoring incoming end of day reports from subsidiaries, monitoring payments and staff gratuities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, and verifying revenue reporting accuracy via reconciliation.
Account Administrator responsibilities are:

Verify and post a subsidiary financial transactions on a daily basis
Organize accounts and incoming payments ensuring their compliance with company's financial policies and detecting inconsistencies
Track, organize and administrate staff gratuity system
Perform reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger ensuring accuracy and integrity of all payments
Help customers, staff and management resolve any issues related to accounts receivable and revenue reporting
Occasionally reach out to customers on behalf of course management staff or send them bill reminders to facilitate payment of invoices
Prepare financial statements and reports on accounts receivable statuses
Account Administrator requirements are:

3+ years' experience of working in a similar position
Significant experience with basic accounting procedures
Solid practical experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (such as Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite)
Excellent data entry and numerical skills, high accuracy and close attention to detail
Fluent English and professional experience with MS Office
Strong customer support skills
