Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic financial team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and accounting principles, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. This is not a remote position, the right candidate must be available to be on site.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and

collections

. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review. Conduct financial auditing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow records. Utilize accounting software such as on line QuickBooks and Jobber. Collaborate with all departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes. Maintain organized financial records for documentation for audits and reviews.

Qualifications

Experience with business that is running 10 Million plus Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role in financial services. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (On Line QuickBooks and Jobber) is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Working alongside operations for invoicing purposes..

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
