About the Role

We're looking for someone with solid accounting experience who's ready to take ownership of our financial day-to-day and help guide our growing company. If you're organized, confident with numbers, and like making things run smoothly -- this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is hands-on. You'll work directly with our leadership team to keep things on track financially. Here's what you'll be doing:

Preparing regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) Handling invoices and payments Overseeing payroll, cash flow, and bank statements Helping build and manage budgets Keeping track of inventory and project costs Making sure we're meeting tax deadlines Supporting leadership with financial insights Improving accounting processes and systems

What You Bring

We're not asking for a long list of certifications -- just real-world experience and a strong work ethic. Here's what we'd love to see:

A background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance Experience managing financial tasks for a business Confidence using QuickBooks and Excel Great attention to detail A proactive approach -- you see what needs doing and do it Clear communication skills -- both with numbers and people

Bonus:

Experience in telecom, construction, oilfield, or service industries is helpful but not required.

Pay: $70,790.60-$134,537.45 per year
