:Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple aspects of accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll processing. • Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions
• Prepare and process payroll, including tax filings, benefit deductions, and payroll entries, adhering to all compliance requirements
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Maintain and update all accounting systems and ledgers, ensuring data integrity
• Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payment of bills
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies related to AP, AR, or payroll
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with demonstrated expertise in AP, AR, and Payroll
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
