In this role, you will manage financial activities related to construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance across bookkeeping and accounting processes. Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping tasks for multiple active construction projects, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliations to confirm the alignment of transactions with financial statements.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Oversee project accounting responsibilities, tracking budgets and expenditures for construction initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve financial operations.
• Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management, supporting strategic planning efforts.
• Assist in audits and ensure all financial documentation is organized and accessible.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience with a focus on detail, preferably within the real estate or construction industries.
• Proficiency in full-cycle bookkeeping and project accounting.
• Strong skills in general ledger management and bank reconciliations.
• Experience in preparing financial statements with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices relevant to the construction sector.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle complex financial data and meet deadlines.
