Position Summary

We are seeking a

Accountant

who brings strong technical skills, curiosity about business operations, and the ambition to grow into a senior finance role in the coming years.

This role is ideal for a career-minded professional who is early in their accounting career (1-3 years of experience) and is ready to gain broad exposure to cross-border accounting, reporting, and process improvement. With mentorship and hands-on experience, this position has a clear path toward Senior Accountant and leadership opportunities within 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements and reporting packages Perform account reconciliations and support balance sheet integrity Contribute to the month-end and year-end close processes for U.S. and Canadian entities Support cash flow monitoring and reporting activities Assist with intercompany transactions and consolidation Help improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation Prepare schedules and analysis to support audits and compliance requirements Partner with operations, sales, and service teams to provide financial insights Participate in projects focused on automation and reporting improvements

Qualifications

CPA designation in progress (or recently completed) - support provided 1-3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience (industry or public practice) Familiarity with GAAP (Canada and/or U.S. knowledge an asset) Solid Excel skills; interest in learning Power BI and ERP reporting tools Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn hands-on

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
