  • Payroll processing and payroll remittances for internal staff and contractors (hourly and high volume experience required!)
  • Invoicing to our valued clients, and follow up
  • Expenses and accounts payable
  • WCB filing, posting journal entries, bank reconciliations and account reconciliations, processing GST returns
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports
  • Setting up client files and maintaining the files
  • Support the Controller in their duties
Your strengths include:
  • 2+ years\' experience with Payroll and Accounting
  • Accounting Diploma or Degree required
  • QuickBooks experience an asset
  • Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 an asset
  • Excellent communication
