About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Accountant, Corporate Reporting with at least 1 year of working in audit or real estate work environment.
Responsibilities

  • Perform bank and monthly GL account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end close and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, including reclassifications, accruals, and amortization.
  • Process journal entries for cash transactions (e.g., bank fees, transfers, payments).
  • Assist Senior Accountants and Managers with audit requests and data for other stakeholders.
  • Initiate wire transfers for senior management approval.
  • Prepare journal entries for newly acquired properties and integrate them into existing procedures.
  • Assist with audit work papers and special projects.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of audit or real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelorxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA designation desirable but not required.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong independent work ethic, able to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent math, financial acumen, and communication skills.
