Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced general accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principal and will be performing full-cycle bookkeeping function and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standard. Responsibilities

Perform daily bank transactions and reconciliations. Process credit card transactions and reconciliations Manage accounts receivables including weekly invoicing, applying customers receipts through various online platforms, maintaining AR subledger and reconciliation. Manage accounts payables including entering vendor invoices, making EFT payments, maintaining AP subledger and reconciliation. Assist with customer and vendor inquiries. Support operation team and management with ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications; experience with Sage online preferred Strong organization skills with attention to details Excellent verbal and written communication skills
