ROLE OVERVIEW

Salt Experiential Commerce (SALT XC) is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Account Supervisor (Integrated) to join our dynamic Accounts team. As the Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading client relationships and managing the successful execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Integrated Account Director and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions that meet and exceed our clients\' objectives. Your deep understanding of marketing strategies, combined with your exceptional project management skills, will drive the seamless implementation of campaigns.

As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will foster strong partnerships, anticipate client needs, and ensure clear communication to deliver outstanding service and results.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Integrated Account Director in developing and implementing integrated marketing and advertising strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns, tracking progress, and meeting project milestones.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing campaign progress, results, and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Lead and motivate a team of account managers and coordinators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to provide strategic guidance to clients.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Accounts within the Marketing and Advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Experience mentoring and leading Account Managers and Executives
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
