This is a hybrid position, meaning you\'re empowered to work from home and / or our local office location. As an Account Supervisor at Motive you\'ll have the opportunity to lead the integrated day-to-day efforts with key CPG client relationships and accounts. You\'ll partner with clients to design strategic plans and initiatives, write briefs, lead creative and partnership initiatives, manage communications, budgets and timelines, collaborate with creative and other internal and external teams, while managing a variety of projects. You\'ll be responsible for championing best-in-class work across traditional, retail, promotional, partnerships, experiential and more \xe2\x80\x93 working with an integrated account team split between Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles and New York.
