The PECO Account Representative - Canada is responsible for supporting the national distributor network by managing distributor relationships and overseeing pallet flows within an assigned portfolio. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively build and maintain strong partnerships with distributor contacts to identify performance gaps, implement solutions, and enhance pallet returns across targeted locations and networks. Additionally, the Account Representative will play a key role in strengthening documentation, data accuracy, and performance measurements within their assigned portfolio. These efforts will help establish a solid foundation of team knowledge, visibility, and alignment around current network operations and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships within assigned account portfolio
Assist accounts through email, phone, online presentations and screen-share
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key contacts
Manage, support and carry out activities to improve PECO asset management
Work with accounts to ensure adherence to PECO operating guidelines including corrective actions when assets are mishandled.
Track and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and metrics to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and analyze network flows within assigned accounts to identify gaps and areas of improvement
Responsible for working with the team to onboard, train, and integrate new accounts and developing existing partner relationships
Liaise between account contacts and internal teams to escalate and resolve operational challenges and breaches in contractual agreement terms
Update job knowledge by participating in development, training, and mentorship opportunities
Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Misc.
Use MS Office programs (including Outlook, Excel, Access, and other business applications) to perform daily job functions and investigate partner concerns.
Develop working knowledge of PECO's internal systems, including RED<>LINK.
Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent job experience.
Preferred 5 years Supply Chain experience.
Computer knowledge including MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.)
Bilingual (French & English)
