EPI Fire Protection is seeking an organized and detail-oriented
Account Representative
to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our operations team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts, scheduling service visits, and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Coordinate scheduling for inspections, maintenance, and service calls between customers and field technicians.
Prepare and send service notifications, inspection reports, and follow-up documentation to clients.
Support the collections and invoicing process by providing clients with updates, copies of invoices, and status information as needed.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (dispatch, service, and finance) to ensure accurate scheduling and completion of work orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications and service details in company systems.
Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues or escalating them as needed to maintain strong client relationships.
Assist in monitoring account activity to ensure timely completion of recurring inspections and compliance requirements.
Participate in client correspondence such as follow-ups, reminders, and coordination of access for scheduled visits.
Provide general administrative support to the sales or service departments as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in
customer service, scheduling, or account coordination
, preferably in a service-based or construction industry.
Strong
organizational and time management skills
with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
for professional client correspondence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with scheduling or CRM systems.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of client service.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of fire protection or building service industries is considered an asset but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
