We?re currently looking for an Account Representative to join our Software team. These innovative specialists work diligently to exceed expectations, while ensuring clients are set up to fully leverage H2CommandCentre solutions to successfully realize their business outcomes. What You?ll Do & How You?ll Make an Impact

  • Act as a primary point of contact to clients and deliver exceptional service by responding to requests and enquiries in an effective and timely manner
  • Proactively manage and nurture healthy relationships with clients by communicating to understand their business needs and conveying the value of H2Safety?s software solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise on H2Safety?s software products to internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver product demonstrations, virtually and face-to-face
  • Prepare and deliver documentation to clients, including scopes of work, proposals, invoices, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records
  • Develop training plans and deliver training to stakeholders, virtually and face-to-face
  • Develop account plans to increase sales to existing H2Safety clients and conduct annual and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and reporting
  • Oversee software upgrades and implementations
  • Ensure client projects stay within time, cost, and scope parameters while meeting profitability objectives
  • Contribute to the improvement of business processes that enhance productivity and profitability
What We?re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in business to business account management, preferably in a Software as a Service environment
  • 2+ years of experience creating account plans, delivering reviews, and preparing sales budgets
  • University Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure while balancing multiple shifting priorities
  • Excellent organization skills, time-management, and attention to detail
  • Self-directed with the drive and initiative to deliver results when working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to present information in clear, concise ways that resonate
  • Efficient and effective problem-solving ability and aptitude to manage conflict
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Western Canada up to 40% of work hours
  • Ability and willingness to maintain flexible hours to occasionally support clients an emergency
Bonus Experience
  • Experience, education, and/or professional training in emergency response management
  • Completion of, or working towards, a certificate and/or professional designation in project management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Benefits:
