Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. (TTCI) located in Cambridge, is looking to fill the position of Account Representative in the Circular Economy business unit.
This position would be responsible for the following (non-inclusive) duties:
Network and establish relationships with current and potential customers
Take proactive approach for problem resolution of customer accounts
Identify new business opportunities and develop new business leads by conducting market research, cost analysis, and new customer prospecting
Reporting sales activity weekly to management
Responsible for RFx Process with customers and suppliers related to new business development
Work closely with the compliance team to ensure new products are compliant with regulations and track in the system
Follow up on customer and supplier inquiries, and quality issues
Support Accounts Receivable (A/R), month end and budget activities
Other duties as assigned
