Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. (TTCI) located in Woodstock, ON is looking to fill the position of Account Representative Assistant under in the Global Parts division. In this role the successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, be heavily detail orientated and enjoy working with and analyzing numerical data.

This position would be responsible for the following (non-inclusive) duties:

Coordinate weekly orders with multiple customers Enter pricing in system when required Liaise with warehouse operations for shipping and receiving requirements Support Account Representatives with sales activities Actively monitor and track shipments in transit Maintain effective filing system and support document retrieval for audits Other data entry requirements as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in business is considered an asset Ability to speak and write fluently in English Proficient with MS Office with strong working knowledge of excel Must be customer focused and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to drive a car/have a valid G Class license. Must be able to meet deadlines, handle stress, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to use JDE/Blue Yonder system and experience with ERP systems considered an asset
