Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. (TTCI) located in Woodstock, ON is expanding and looking to fill the position of Account Representative Assistant in the Supply Chain 162 business unit.

This position would be responsible for the following (non-inclusive) duties:

Coordinate monthly orders with multiple customers and enter Purchase Orders in system Prepare daily and weekly Sales Orders for multiple customers in system Enter Purchase and Sales Pricing in system as assigned Communicate with suppliers for open orders and arrange logistics Liaise with Warehouse Operations for shipping and receiving requirements Support Account Representatives in monitoring open Purchase Orders and Sales Orders Actively monitor and track shipments in transition Communicate with customers and suppliers on daily basis related to orders Maintain effective filing system and support document retrieval for audits Other data entry requirements as needed All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in business considered an asset Ability to communicate in Japanese is considered an asset Proficient with MS Office Must be able to drive a car/have a valid G Class license. Must be able to meet deadlines, handle stress, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
