Pay

• $35,000.00- $45,000.00 annually

Responsibilities

• Review client and vendor accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Make collection contacts with clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering open communication and cooperation
• Provide support to accounting team members in daily, monthly, and year-end financial operations
• Assist with general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and organizing financial documents, as needed.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in invoicing and accounts receivable (AR) is desired
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Successful completion of a mandatory background check and drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
