The primary responsibility of the Account Operations Consultant is to manage the client delivery process and all aspects of the implementation of product and/or platform for clients from inception to implementation. Projects require advanced knowledge of the product and platform to lead the delivery and to deploy a new product or service. Assigned client projects may be complex. Projects involve leading, guiding and influencing cross functional teams. Works directly with clients to understand business needs and implement CoreLogic product/technology solutions. Provides on-going support to clients, managing a wide range of issues including but not limited to application and database configuration change work, technical issues, and data inquiries. Acts as client advocate in role as subject matter expert to bring feedback to internal product management and technical teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project coordination/management:

  • Work directly with clients to manage technical projects to ensure successful completion according to contractual compliance and client expectations
  • Gather client requirements, define business and functional requirements, assess requirements against technical aspects of system, and submit all technical and operational project requests necessary to support client initiatives
  • Coordinate activities necessary to resolve significant client issues
  • Manage and drive change control activities including documenting all changes made to a client\xe2\x80\x99s system, ensuring that up-time is not negatively impacted and that testing and quality assurance steps are taken before delivery to the client
  • Document client\xe2\x80\x99s workflow as part of implementation project
  • Communicate recurring project status and support activities to key external and internal stakeholders
General and technical support:
  • Act as escalation resource for product/platform specific issues; triage issues and engage appropriate support within resources to resolve them
  • Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues. Analyze customer systems, troubleshoot technical problems, recommend solutions, and coordinate fixes
  • Run client batches as required
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication of data update and other technical and security maintenance
  • Support company initiatives to mitigate version sprawl by proactively upgrading and maintaining clients on current versions of CoreLogic products
Product subject matter expertise:
  • Act as SME (subject matter expert) for service offerings/feature configurations consulting with and guiding clients
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of assigned CoreLogic products and services
  • Gather client feedback on product enhancements and brings back to the organization for roadmap development
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business or other related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be substituted.
  • Typically requires 2-4 years of directly related experience
  • Possess ability to serve as a key point of contact for client projects and product support, including the ability to effectively manage the priorities and drive the work of a matrixed team of product, technology, and implementation professionals. Demonstrate understanding of technical implementation and release management
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven effective communicator including strong written/verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Data analysis, business analysis, and/or project management
  • Experience in the Insurance and Spatial space is a plus
  • French is preferred.

Fonctions

Coordination et gestion de projets
  • Travailler directement avec le client pour g\xc3\xa9rer les projets techniques et assurer leur succ\xc3\xa8s conform\xc3\xa9ment au contrat et aux attentes.
  • D\xc3\xa9terminer les exigences op\xc3\xa9rationnelles et fonctionnelles du client, les \xc3\xa9valuer en fonction des aspects techniques du syst\xc3\xa8me et soumettre toutes les demandes techniques et op\xc3\xa9rationnelles du projet pour appuyer les initiatives du client.
  • Coordonner les activit\xc3\xa9s n\xc3\xa9cessaires \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9solution des principaux probl\xc3\xa8mes du client.
  • Amorcer et g\xc3\xa9rer les activit\xc3\xa9s de gestion des changements, notamment en consignant tous les changements apport\xc3\xa9s au syst\xc3\xa8me du client, en veillant \xc3\xa0 ne pas nuire au temps de disponibilit\xc3\xa9 et en ex\xc3\xa9cutant les \xc3\xa9tapes d\xe2\x80\x99essais et d\xe2\x80\x99assurance qualit\xc3\xa9 avant la livraison au client.
  • Consigner les processus du client dans le cadre du projet de d\xc3\xa9ploiement.
  • Communiquer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tat d\xe2\x80\x99avancement du projet et les activit\xc3\xa9s connexes aux intervenants internes et externes.
Soutien g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral et technique
  • Agir comme personne-ressource pour les probl\xc3\xa8mes avec les produits et plateformes; trier les probl\xc3\xa8mes et communiquer avec les bonnes personnes pour les r\xc3\xa9soudre.
  • Travailler directement avec le client pour r\xc3\xa9gler les probl\xc3\xa8mes techniques. Analyser les syst\xc3\xa8mes du client, proc\xc3\xa9der au d\xc3\xa9pannage, recommander des solutions et coordonner la r\xc3\xa9solution.
  • Ex\xc3\xa9cuter les lots du client au besoin.
  • Cordonner le calendrier et communiquer les mises \xc3\xa0 jour et autres \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments de maintenance technique ou de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
  • Participer aux initiatives de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise pour \xc3\xa9viter la multiplication des versions en assurant activement la mise \xc3\xa0 niveau et la mise \xc3\xa0 jour des produits CoreLogic chez le client.
Personne-ressource pour les produits
  • Agir comme personne-ressource aupr\xc3\xa8s du client pour le guider en ce qui a trait \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99offre de services et aux configurations.
  • Maintenir des connaissances approfondies sur les produits et services CoreLogic assign\xc3\xa9s.

Qualification

Formation et exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle
  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, ou exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail \xc3\xa9quivalente.
  • De 2 \xc3\xa0 4 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans des fonctions \xc3\xa9quivalentes.
