Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
Lead presentations and meetings with clients, effectively communicating value propositions and service offerings.
Monitor account performance and implement strategies for improvement as necessary.
Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Experience
Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in a related industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
