Customer Service Representative-Food Industry

Ontario (ONSITE) Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Company overview: our client is a direct importer and primary supplier of raw materials and ingredients, supplying the food and feed, nutraceutical, sports nutrition, supplement, and cosmetic industries. We carry a full line of amino acids, vitamins, sweeteners, herbal extracts and other products.

What you will be doing:

Tracking sales orders internally through complete sales cycle and proactively resolving any issues
Using CRM and ERP systems to enter orders
Tracking sales data and trends for regional sales managers
Helping to prepare sales presentations
Providing customers with documentation per FDA guidelines
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting regional sales managers, especially when they are out in the field

What you\'ll bring to the table:

2 years plus of experience with B2B customers in Food Industry
Experience with MS Suite and ERP systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with FDA regulations highly desired
