Experience/Qualifications
RIBO license required
3 years of experience in the insurance industry
Compu quote ( Applied Rating Services); Epic experience an asset
Strong customer service background with conflict resolution skills
Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage complex client needs
Experience in account management or sales within a target-driven environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet goals
Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting
