We are committed to finding and developing people who share our passion for local communities. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be the main point of contact for your clients. This includes prospecting for new business, managing existing client relationships, and consulting with businesses to uncover ways Golden West, Homefield, or Homefield People and Strategy can help them reach their goals. In this role, you will \xc2\xb7 Identify potential business opportunities. You will develop new client relationships and look for opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients \xc2\xb7 Conduct Discovery Meetings to learn about the needs and goals of local businesses \xc2\xb7 Present proposals tailored to your clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs. You will recommend radio and online advertising and holistic marketing tactics. You will also refer businesses to Homefield People and Strategy for leadership development, team development, and strategic planning solutions. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate fulfillment of your clients\xe2\x80\x99 orders through our administrative, creative, and marketing teams. \xc2\xb7 Manage existing client relationships, including presenting progress reports to ensure advertising and marketing campaigns reach their desired objective \xc2\xb7 Utilize CRM tools to forecast your sales progress We\xe2\x80\x99d love to meet you if: \xc2\xb7 You are driven by success and hungry to learn about ways to grow local businesses. \xc2\xb7 You are growth-oriented and proactive, always looking for new opportunities. \xc2\xb7 You are a team player, able to work with others to support your clients\xe2\x80\x99 goals. \xc2\xb7 You enjoy meeting new people, creating relationships wherever you go. \xc2\xb7 You are tech savvy.
