Account Manager (Window Industry Experience Preferred)
Location: Vaughan, ON Full-Time | On-Site with Travel Across Ontario & Canada Compensation: Base Salary + Annual Bonus + Paid Travel Expenses

We're looking for a dedicated
Account Manager
to join our team and become the primary point of contact for our valued dealers across the country and beyond.

What You'll Do:
Build and Manage Client Relationships
Be the go-to person for your assigned dealer accounts.
Visit clients across Ontario and Canada to build trust and offer support.
Handle all inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
Maintain detailed client profiles using Zoho CRM.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns quickly and thoroughly.
Learn & Share Product Knowledge
Become an expert on our windows and doors--including how they're made and what makes them great.
Understand key industry ratings (Energy Star, NAFS) and sizing limitations.
Translate technical knowledge into value for dealers.
Help solve unique product challenges that fall outside of standard specs.
Support Order Desk Operations
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist dealers with product selections and quotes.
Ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
Provide suggestions and upsell additional products when appropriate.
Monitor Sales & Provide Admin Support
Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales within assigned accounts and implement strategies to increase order volume.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and help grow the account sales
Participate in internal meetings and share valuable client feedback.

What You Bring:
1-3 years of customer service or account management experience (preferably in windows/doors or manufacturing).
Experience with CAD, FeneVision, or Zoho is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn the technical aspects of window construction and design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
