We're growing rapidly and seeking talented individuals to join our

dynamic sales team

and support our expansion in the Canadian and U.S. markets.

Position Summary:



As an

Account Manager

, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle -- from prospecting to closing, order management, and post-sale support. You'll serve as the key liaison between our clients, our Canadian office, and global manufacturing teams to ensure timely production and delivery, while achieving monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Schedule client meetings, present proposals, and close deals

Provide accurate manufacturer, product, production and shipping information

Manage existing accounts with strong, ongoing customer support

Coordinate with international manufacturing sites

Attend trade shows and client visits across Canada, the U.S. and internationally

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Ensure steady sales growth and meet/exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For:



Strong teamwork and leadership skills

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities

Experience in managing multiple accounts and client relationships

Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade events

Flexibility with working hours to coordinate with international teams

Passion for continuous learning and staying current with market trends

Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Fluency in

both English and Mandarin

(spoken and written)

2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role is an asset
