To support ICF\xe2\x80\x99s growing energy efficiency program delivery, ICF is seeking Account Managers with energy efficiency and demand management experience in commercial. The successful applicants will liaise with trade allies and customers to promote a new commercial program. Account Managers will build relationships, help identify opportunities for participation in the program, and provide program assistance. Travel is expected as the Account Manager will be responsible for multiple provinces.Why you will love working here:Quality of life: Flexible workplace arrangements, work-life balanceInvestment of the community: Donation matching, volunteer opportunitiesInvestment in you: Tuition reimbursement, access to professional development resources, RRSP matching,And many, many more (Ask your recruiter for more details!)What you will be doing:Reporting to the Account Manager Lead, the Account Manager will develop partnerships with trade allies and industry associations in multiple provinces to enable their participation in the programProvide energy management advice to assist companies in planning, tracking, measuring and implementing energy efficiency initiatives.Communicate program requirements and incentive payment processes to trade allies and customers.Track and report progress on project implementation and program performance.Identify issues, opportunities, and lessons learned and contributing to the continuous improvement of the program design and delivery.Provide clear and concise communications to customers and other stakeholders as required to maintain high customer satisfaction.Able to provide mentoring to other team members as necessary to assist with project reviewsImplement recruitment, marketing, and sales strategies for the program to meet programs targets for participationProvide regular reports to Account Manager Lead on program activityUsing effective selling skills, assist customers in the understanding of energy saving and comfort benefits of new energy efficient productsConduct webinars and attend industry events to engage with trade allies and customers to promote the program.Liaise with program applicants for a successful and complete applicationConduct site visits to program applicantsProvide ongoing client support as needed. Support will include program reporting, meeting attendance and other client communication as needed.Conduct Energy Audits and Equipment Studies to industry standards, such as ASHRAEMaintain and follow Health & Safety protocolsWhat we need you to have (minimum qualifications):College diploma in engineering technology or related discipline4+ years relevant experience with energy efficiencyMust have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checkWhat we would like you to have:Deep knowledge of one or more of the following: pumping; VFDs; compressed air systems; heating and cooling; fans; lighting and/or controlsHave a professional engineer designation, or be eligible for a professional engineer designationTeam player with the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of energy efficiency, demand management, and/or energy consumptionExperience with measurement and verificationCertified Energy Manager (CEM) and/or Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP)Demonstrated knowledge of lighting, HVAC, or other commercial or industrial energy efficient equipment is a must.Outgoing, engaging individual who can build industry relationships to promote the programSubject matter expertise in energy efficient equipment and processesHigh proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Professional Skills:Strong planning, organization, and supervisory skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skills in English and FrenchTime management skills to handle multiple priorities and flexibility to work limited overtime as neededSelf-motivated, able to manage own time minimal oversightWorking at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we\xe2\x80\x99re not your typical consultants.
