What You'll Do:
As an Account Manager, you'll be the key connection between our catering services and our valued corporate clients. Your role will ensure smooth operations, foster relationships, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
Understand client needs, preferences, and goals to tailor catering solutions.
Foster long-term relationships and maintain high client satisfaction.
Account Oversight:
Manage multiple corporate accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
Monitor and address client feedback, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with local vendors to coordinate menu planning and logistics.
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery.
Stay informed on new local products and vendors to enhance offerings.
Growth & Strategy:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Help implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Who You Are:
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (preferably in the catering, hospitality, or food services industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
