Responsibilities include but not limited to:



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey. Oversee client accounts, ensuring services are delivered effectively and in alignment with expectations. Address and resolve client concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions. Regularly check in with clients, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience. Maintain a strong understanding of disability benefits and case management processes to effectively support client needs. Work closely with sales, operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment and continuity of service. Track client satisfaction metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall client experience. Identify opportunities to expand services or add value by understanding client needs and sharing relevant solutions in collaboration with the sales team.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in related field. (Master's degree would be considered an asset). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client account management, customer success, or arelated role, within disability benefits management. Strong understanding of disability benefits management and the ability to communicate complexconcepts clearly to clients. Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement andproblem-solving. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools is an asset. Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset.

Travel may be required; candidates should have means of transportation suitable to their needs


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5V 1H6
