As an Account Manager, you will stand at the crossroads of commerce, supporting existing clients while forging new alliances of your own.With access to elite industry training, you'll sharpen your skills and be backed by a first-class support team eager to see you triumph.Your QuestPresent Freightzy's solutions to new prospective clients.Ensure client expectations are met (and exceeded).Follow up on leads entrusted to you.Log all sales-related activities in the CRM.Delegate tasks to the support team as needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.Attend company events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand your network.Split your focus 50/50 between driving net new business and expanding existing accounts.What You Bring2+ years of experience in account management within a competitive freight brokerage environment.Background in shipping and logistics, with a solid grasp of industry processes.Proven ability to manage client relationships, handle account escalations, and oversee operations.A problem-solving mindset - when challenges arise, you don't just react, you resolve.Self-starter mentality - you see what needs to be done and take action without waiting for direction.About Freightzy
