The Role



As an Account Manager, you'll own and grow a portfolio of clients across our premium product lines. You'll be the trusted partner for customers - from negotiation through delivery - while actively prospecting and closing new opportunities. Success in this role requires an independent, confident, and proactive sales approach - including cold calling, breaking into new markets, and building fresh opportunities from the ground up.

What You'll Do



Drive B2B distributor sales growth by building new relationships and expanding existing accounts. Prospect new leads with confidence, including cold calling and market entry into new territories. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve ambitious sales quotas. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction. Track, forecast, and report on account performance. Represent EJH at client meetings, industry events, and occasional multi-day trips across North America.

What We're Looking For



2+ years of proven success in B2B and distributor sales (event, hospitality, or related industries preferred). Confident, independent, and comfortable with cold calls, hunting new opportunities, and pioneering new markets. Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. CRM experience and comfortable with Google Workspace. Ability to manage multiple priorities with sharp attention to detail. Valid driver's license & passport; open to travel (up to 7+ days when required). Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce is an asset.
