The Opportunity: We are adding a solutions-driven sales executive with a proven track record serving and developing major accounts. You will step into an exciting new role delivering high performance caster mobility solutions to Fortune 500 OEMs and customers operating in segments such as medical, maintenance/cleaning, manufacturing/automotive, hospitality, and entertainment. You have a successful track record building strong business connections with OEMs, distributors and other companies in our various market segments. You enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer requirements and finding innovative solutions. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for growing an existing portfolio of customer accounts while developing new business for our line-up of market leading caster and wheel solutions in OEM and other settings across North America for material handling applications including the movement of heavy-loads and valuable equipment. Through excellent client relationship management, prospecting, client-focused solution development, negotiation and follow-up, you will grow our position with longstanding customers and deliver major new accounts. Some of the exciting things you will be responsible for: \xc2\xb7 Represent Darcor in the North American market working directly with end-user customers exploring ways to improve their material handling and other caster mobility applications with a focus on ergonomic performance creating safer, more healthy and efficient workplaces. \xc2\xb7 Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions and value proposition, the markets we serve and their challenges, and the competitive landscape welcoming the support of resident subject matter experts.
