We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients & suppliers, identifying sales opportunities, and working collaboratively with our partners to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics or a related industry, a proven track record of meeting sales goals, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the electronics sector.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Collaborate with partners and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and results.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, conferences, and sales meetings to stay updated on trends and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the electronics industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Responsabilites principales :

Collaborer avec les partenaires et les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptees.
Elaborer et executer des plans strategiques de vente afin d'atteindre ou de depasser les objectifs fixes.
Fournir des rapports precis et ponctuels sur les activites commerciales, les previsions et les resultats.
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes internes pour garantir la bonne execution des projets et la satisfaction client.
Participer a des evenements sectoriels, conferences et reunions commerciales afin de suivre les tendances du marche et developper le reseau client.
Qualifications :
Diplome universitaire en genie electronique ou dans un domaine connexe (prefere mais non obligatoire).
Minimum de 5 ans d'experience en vente, gestion de comptes ou developpement commercial, de preference dans l'industrie electronique.
Capacite demontree a atteindre et depasser les objectifs de vente.
Solides competences en communication, negociation et presentation.
Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe.
Disponibilite pour voyager selon les besoins afin de rencontrer les clients et participer a des evenements professionnels.
