Energy Network Services Inc. (ENS) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Account Manager
to oversee various portfolios of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and consistent service quality.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts in the commercial, retail, and industrial lighting sectors.
Develop and deliver project proposals and quotations, aligning with client budgets and ENS objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams--including project management, operations, and field technicians--to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client expectations.
Ensure all projects meet lighting industry standards, electrical codes, and sustainability requirements.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities for service improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Applied Science, or related field (Electrical preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or operations, preferably in the lighting or related industry.
Technical understanding of lighting, controls, and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project coordination and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel within Ontario is required
