We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join Zoek Marketing, a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive online. As an Account Manager at Zoek Marketing, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while overseeing the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Client Communication:



Be the first point of contact for clients communications with Zoek, maintaining regular communication with clients via email, text, phone and meetings. Handle client feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner, working with internal teams to address and resolve any issues. Proactively provide updates on campaign progress, performance metrics, and any changes.

Client Relationship Management



Oversee assigned client accounts, nurturing trust and creating sustainable, growing partnerships. Manage negative reviews by contacting clients and resolving disputes with exceptional customer service. Confirm renewing subscriptions with clients to reinforce value and ensure revenue retention. Host regular informational sessions to equip clients with valuable knowledge and encourage greater utilization of our services. Proactively drive account retention by consistently demonstrating value and strategically addressing potential cancellation requests.

Campaign Oversight



Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization Oversee web design projects ensuring client requests are enacted accurately and on time

Business Growth



Identify and pursue opportunities to expand value with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling Formulate strategic initiatives to encourage our existing clients to adopt recurring services.

Industry Knowledge



Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices Provide strategic insights and innovative solutions to clients Represent Zoek Marketing at client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed.

Reporting and Analysis



Present comprehensive reports to clients showcasing value over time. Analyze data to extract actionable insights for improving performance

Key Responsibilities:



Manage multiple client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention Monitor client success and proactively address any concerns or issues Identify and execute upsell opportunities to grow accounts Effectively manage client expectations while maintaining existing services Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, data-driven marketing solutions

Qualifications:



Proven track record in customer service, account management, and/or sales Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in digital marketing or related field Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:



- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or 3 Years in a related field.

- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the digital marketing industry, with a strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

- A proactive and results-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving client success.

Compensation & Benefits



Base Salary

: $30,000 - $33,750 (USD), depending on experience.

OTE:$45K +

Performance Bonus and Commissions


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
