Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Freelance Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales development, and ensuring customer satisfaction across Canada. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and fostering long-term relationships with clients--whether they're wellness practitioners, boutique retailers, online marketplaces, influencers, or direct consumers.

This is a fully remote role offering tremendous flexibility, unlimited income potential, and the chance to represent a brand dedicated to eco-conscious, scientifically proven safe and effective products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market analysis.

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.

- Present tailored products to clients, showcasing the value and scientific safety and efficacy of our offerings.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns aligned with client goals.

- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on account performance.

- Conduct regular analysis of account metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.

- Provide leadership and guidance in account management best practices, with an eye towards continuous improvement.

- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring a high level of service, follow-up, and support.

- Work closely with delivery teams, while focusing on expanding your client base and sales pipeline.

Ideal Sales Channels & Focus Areas:

- Natural health practitioners, holistic clinics, wellness centers

- Organic and sustainable retail stores and salons

- Online marketplaces, influencers, and wellness communities

- Subscription box companies emphasizing eco and health products

- Direct-to-consumer eCommerce and social media channels

(Note: Sales channels can be located in Canada, the US, or anywhere globally)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development (minimum 2 years preferred)

- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals successfully

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills--able to engage diverse audiences effectively

- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools

- Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and develop strategic growth plans

- Leadership qualities with an ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork

- Basic computer skills, including email, MS Office (Word, Excel), and online communication tools

- Passionate about sustainability, natural health, and wellness products

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently across different time zones
