  • Negotiate and complete client contract renewal with a focus on long-term relationships
  • Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Close sales opportunities independently via add-on services
  • Generate quotes and other client facing documentation to assist the inside sales process
  • Identify and develop meaningful client relationships
  • Thoroughly understand Absorb subscription models to effectively answer client questions
  • Participate in team meetings and projects to improve sales processes & sales output
  • Assist in the achievement of company retention and growth targets
  • Develop strong internal relationships to support client lifecycle
  • Keep up to date with latest product releases and training seminars to ensure thorough product knowledge
Key Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or Psychology
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships (including upselling) with a minimum 5+ years of experience
  • Outgoing and personable nature with a sales driven attitude, strong team player
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that changes constantly
Preferred Requirements
  • Technology or SaaS sales experience
  • Experience working with a global client base
  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Experience working with industry tools such as Salesforce
