Role: Account Manager

Work location: Atlantic Canada

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
At Quantiphi, you will be working with your leadership team and colleagues to oversee the relationship between Quantiphi and our most important clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing business with long-term key customers by comprehending their needs, defining the scope of opportunities in their environment, and operating as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Your success will require skill at building strong relationships, engaging clients in strategic discussions, and developing new business opportunities and/or extensions to ongoing work. You will be expected to assist in identifying needs and requirements to promote our company\xe2\x80\x99s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction with the client.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Develop trusted relationships across a portfolio of the major client(s) to ensure that they are actively engaged with Quantiphi for appropriate opportunities (and do not turn to competition)
  • Develop Trusted Advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer goals, needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by regularly proposing solutions that align with their strategy and/or meet their immediate objectives
  • Generate new sales that support overall account growth
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Address any issues and/or problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and client satisfaction
  • Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives


Skills/Requirements:
  • 2 - 5 years experience as account manager/executive or related roles
  • 10-20 yrs of experience in or serving the Provider/Payer industry
  • Working knowledge of health industry business models and regulations (both provider and payer domains)
  • Familiarity with a broad range of healthcare IT applications (e.g. EHR, practice management, patient engagement, population health) and health application integration/interoperability standards and approaches (e.g. IHE best practices)
  • Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in technical sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Experience forecasting and tracking account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
