Personal Lines Account Manager - Private Client

We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Private Client (Gold) team, serving high-net-worth clients with premium service and expertise. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, processing renewals, endorsements, and claims, as well as providing interim support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships Manage renewals, policy changes, cancellations, and claims Support billing, portal work, document distribution, and remarkets Ensure compliance with company and insurer procedures
Qualifications:

RIBO license (required) 2+ years of personal lines or HNW account management experience Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Experience with VIP/high-net-worth accounts an asset
