Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in the industry. Present products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand your network. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
