The opportunity

EY is seeking an Account Manager to join our Cyber Workforce Enablement Program (CWEP) team based in Ottawa. The CWEP Program is an expanding practice area providing IT career opportunities to retired Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) veterans at Government of Canada Departments across Canada.
As a member of the CWEP team you will work within our Cyber, Government & Public Services practice to provide quality Business Development and Account Management for the CWEP Program.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, development, and qualification of CWEP opportunities within a defined subset of Government of Canada Client Departments.
  • Support clients in achieving their IT/cyber mission through provision of CWEP resources that can assist in operating, developing and maintaining their IT programs
  • Develop client relationships and account plan(s) within defined departments to promote and expand the CWEP program
  • Work with existing clients to ensure high levels of delivery and satisfaction
  • Work with deployed resources to ensure job satisfaction and placement synergies
  • Work closely with partner training organization With You With Me (WYWM) to satisfy business development and client satisfaction
  • Assist partners, resources, and clients in solving personnel and IT challenges
  • Assist CAF Veterans in finding meaningful employment post service by leveraging the exclusive EY CWEP Contract
  • Forecast and achieve annual targets
  • Maintain and manage qualified pipeline within CRM

Skills and Qualifications
  • Secret level security clearance and/or qualify for Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance
  • Experience in developing new business growth and execution of business development plan(s)
  • Experience working with or for federal public sector
  • Understanding of Canadian Government of Canada operations & business drivers
  • Post-secondary education
  • Bilingualism would be considered an asset but is not required
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
