As an Account Manager, OEM you will be responsible for a portfolio of OEM customers and prospects to develop relationships and create opportunities that yield profitable business. You will implement a sales strategy and plan to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You must understand the OEM needs and market evolution and how OEMs align with the end-user business to provide products and solutions. You will report to the OEM Sales Director and may work remotely from anywhere in the province of Quebec.


Your Responsibilities:



Own the account strategy within assigned accounts and communicate to extended teams on an account-by-account basis. Establish executive level relationships within the customer base and understand customer processes, plans and organizational model. Follow the Rockwell Automation sales process: knows assigned accounts, plans for growth, maintain a healthy funnel, drive opportunities to closure and evaluates performance to goal. Understand the industry (applications, standards/regulations, drivers and trends), the customer's organization and desired outcomes and Rockwell Automation offerings and delivery mechanisms and partner capabilities relevant to assigned accounts. Provide application knowledge and industry expertise. Manage sales activities according to Rockwell Automation's outcome-based selling methodology. Collaborate with the North America OEM Segment Leaders. Qualify customer opportunities, engage the appropriate resources, and coordinate the solution design to influence the customer's decision process and presents solutions to the customer (value proposition). Bring the right resources to the table to impact the customer's decision process and present solutions to the customer. Coordinate Rockwell Automation account team, senior management and a technical engagement team (domain experts) to plan for and win identified opportunities. Maintain accurate assessment of target and opportunity funnel within the Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system. Teams with corporate Contracts and Negotiations group to come to terms with customers. Negotiate contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), pricing, discounts and allowances. Obtain agreements and prices to support the proposal effort. Support customer/internal account reviews. Set and help manage internal/external partner expectations. Ensure familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental).

The Essentials - You Will Have:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience. Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening. A valid driver's license. Bi-lingual in French and English

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:



Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or Operations Management. 5+ years of experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, manufacturing operations, systems integration or an engineering firm Experience working with all levels of an industrial automation plant (customer) including VPs, plant engineers and OEM machine builders. Ability to travel locally greater than 50% of time.

En tant que Responsable de Compte, OEM, vous serez responsable d'un portefeuille de clients et prospects OEM afin de developper des relations et de creer des opportunites generant des affaires rentables. Vous mettrez en oeuvre une strategie et un plan de vente pour atteindre les objectifs annuels de vente et accroitre la part de marche. Vous devez comprendre les besoins des OEM et l'evolution du marche, ainsi que la maniere dont les OEM s'alignent sur les activites des utilisateurs finaux pour fournir des produits et des solutions. Vous rendrez compte au Directeur des Ventes OEM et pourrez travailler a distance de n'importe ou dans la province de Quebec.


Vos responsabilites:



Assumer la strategie de compte au sein des comptes assignes et la communiquer aux equipes elargies sur une base compte par compte. Etablir des relations au niveau executif au sein de la clientele et comprendre les processus, les plans et le modele organisationnel des clients. Suivre le processus de vente de Rockwell Automation : connaitre les comptes assignes, planifier la croissance, maintenir un portefeuille sain, mener les opportunites a leur conclusion et evaluer la performance par rapport aux objectifs. Comprendre l'industrie (applications, normes/reglementations, moteurs et tendances), l'organisation du client et les resultats souhaites, ainsi que les offres de Rockwell Automation, les mecanismes de livraison et les capacites des partenaires pertinents pour les comptes assignes. Fournir des connaissances applicatives et une expertise sectorielle. Gerer les activites commerciales selon la methodologie de vente axee sur les resultats de Rockwell Automation. Collaborer avec les responsables de segment des fabricants d'equipements d'origine (OEM) en Amerique du Nord. Qualifier les opportunites clients, mobiliser les ressources appropriees et coordonner la conception de la solution afin d'influencer le processus de decision du client et presenter des solutions au client (proposition de valeur). Coordonner l'equipe de compte Rockwell Automation, la direction generale et une equipe d'engagement technique (experts du domaine) pour planifier et remporter les opportunites identifiees. Maintenir une evaluation precise de l'entonnoir des cibles et des opportunites dans le systeme de gestion de la relation client Dynamics. Collabore avec le groupe des contrats et des negociations d'entreprise pour parvenir a un accord avec les clients. Negocier les modalites et conditions du contrat (T&C), les prix, les remises et les allocations. Obtenir des accords et des tarifs pour soutenir l'effort de proposition. Definir et aider a gerer les attentes des partenaires internes/externes. Assurez-vous de bien connaitre les politiques et procedures de l'entreprise. Appliquez correctement les politiques et procedures en conformite avec les lois gouvernementales. Les politiques et procedures comprennent : Normes de conduite professionnelle, Propriete intellectuelle, Environnement de controle, Protection de l'information, ISO 9000 & 14000, reglementations gouvernementales (par exemple : sante, securite, qualite et environnement).

Les essentiels - Vous aurez:



Licence ou experience equivalente de plusieurs annees dans un domaine pertinent. Une autorisation legale de travailler au Canada est requise. Diplome de Bachelor en Sciences dans une discipline d'ingenierie ou en gestion des operations. Plus de 5 ans d'experience dans la vente technique, la distribution industrielle, les operations de fabrication, l'integration de systemes ou dans une entreprise d'ingenierie Experience de travail avec tous les niveaux d'une usine d'automatisation industrielle (client), y compris les vice-presidents, les ingenieurs d'usine et les fabricants de machines OEM. Capacite a se deplacer localement plus de 50 % du temps.
