What You'll Be Doing (Other than Being Awesome):

Client Whispering

: Build relationships that could make a florist jealous. You'll be the go-to person for all client needs, from initial chats to post-event hugs (yes, we're huggers).

Event Wizardry

: Help clients create unforgettable events, from epic inflatable wonderlands to jaw-dropping interactive experiences.

Event Product Expert

: Provide quotes and detailed product information about our exciting event rentals, including inflatables, midway rides, casino rentals, carnival games, event entertainers, fun foods, and arcade games.

Upsell Ninja

: Spot opportunities for clients to add even more wowto their events (because everyone needs a mechanical unicorn, right?).

Problem-Solving Superpowers

: Keep calm, think creatively, and turn every "uh-oh" into an "oh yeah!"

Must-Haves (Aside From a Great Sense of Humor):

A passion for events that border on the ridiculous (we're not basic here). The organizational skills of a party planner on steroids. The ability to communicate with clients and teams like a human megaphone (in the best way). The ability to stay cool under pressure--because sometimes setup happens in the rain, and the show mustgo on. A sixth sense for anticipating client needs before they do. Experience with event planning, account management, herding cats or any job where people say, "I don't know how you do it!"

Nice-to-Haves (or Just Wild Dreams):

Prior experience working with inflatable rides, event rentals, entertainment or event planning (bonus points if you can name 10 uses for a bouncy castle). A mild obsession with finding the best and wackiest ways to entertain people at events A talent for thinking outside the box--or inside an inflatable one.
