A career as a Multi-Residential Account Manager in the Real Estate Development Unit (REDU) team at National Bank means acting as a mortgage specialist. Through your knowledge of multi-residential mortgages, your experience in sales and customer service, and your banking expertise, you have a positive impact on the sector's profitability and the customer experience.





The role is hybrid and the selected resource may be based in one of our business centers in Laval, Montreal, Longueuil or Quebec city depending on their location




Your role:




Ensure proper advice to clients during mortgage renewals and financing Achieve the financial objectives of the sector Ensure the financing and renewal of mortgages under your management within the prescribed deadlines Assist clients by referring them to the appropriate sectors according to their needs Identify sales opportunities Participate in meetings of my sector as well as those of my partners



Your team:





Within the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector, more specificly in the Real Estate Developement Unit team, you are part of a team of 50 colleagues and report to the Associate Vice President, Real Estate Developement Unit. Our team stands out for its expertise, service delivery, real estate knowledge, and collaborative work.

Prerequisites:




Bachelor's degree in a related field or any other combination of degree and years of experience relevant to the role. Experience in sales and customer service Knowledge in real estate, primarily in multi-residential mortgages Possess good organizational skills Aptitude in sales and negotiation
