Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence through strategic account management and business development efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, technology solutions, and excellent communication skills to foster long-term partnerships and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis. Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while aligning with client needs and company objectives. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including conducting presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and account details. Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure clients receive exceptional service. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams for strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Experience



Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in technology or technical sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals. Experience in account management, business development, or related roles. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing client relationships. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, customer needs, and sales metrics. Experience in marketing strategies related to sales growth is a plus. Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
