Account Manager
to join our Moncton team.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening partnerships across Atlantic Canada, supporting prescribers, and introducing Create's compounding capabilities to new clinics. You will be responsible for territory management, customer development, and ensuring a seamless onboarding and service experience for our valued partners.
You will also work closely with our
operating pharmacists and operations team
to help connect sales opportunities with operational capabilities--ensuring prescribers receive accurate information, timely support, and a consistent Create-level experience.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and manage your assigned territory to identify growth opportunities
Develop and execute a structured, strategic business plan
Present product lines, services, and solutions while addressing customer questions and concerns
Organize educational sessions, presentations, and partnership meetings
Maintain accurate administrative follow-up, including CRM management and activity tracking
Conduct proactive outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building
Lead customer acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing support
Operations Collaboration
Liaise regularly with operating pharmacists to coordinate product information, formulations, timelines, and service commitments
Provide feedback from clinics to the pharmacy team to ensure smooth, aligned operations
Help bridge the gap between
sales and operational execution
, ensuring clients receive accurate expectations and consistent follow-through
Contribute to internal communication loops between sales, pharmacy, and leadership teams
Travel Requirements
Regular
local travel
within the Moncton region and surrounding areas to visit clinics, hospitals, and veterinary partners
Occasional
overnight travel
within Atlantic Canada for territory coverage, conferences, customer meetings, or regional events
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required
