Job Description

The Account Manager II (AMII) provides service excellence and fosters relationship building by utilizing their expending knowledge in the delivery of financial solutions, including lending, within assigned limits to enhance the members overall financial well-being. Building knowledge gained as an AM I, the AM II expands their products and services capacity while developing and maintaining strong member relationships and adhering to security, risk, and compliance procedures and policies.

As an advisor, the Account Manager II plays an essential role on the front-line branch team and is dedicated to assisting and advising members with their financial needs. They understand the importance of placing the right products and services in the hands of our members or referring them to fellow experts. Building trust and loyalty with each member interaction, the AMII gains a deeper understanding of the member needs and delivers financial solutions to enhance members' financial well-being with a commitment to building lasting relationships. This position strives for excellence and plays a vital role in growing member relationships and making sound decisions and recommendations to support the growth, member retention, and profitability of Cascadia Credit Union (CCU).

Key Duties-



Develops and builds member relationships by promoting, and selling a complete range of deposit products and services to support business growth, by identifying and pursuing opportunities within existing portfolio and delivering tailored financial solutions that meet member needs either directly or through referrals to other AMs, wealth management, or insurance subsidiaries as needed, Provides knowledgeable member service in various capacities including, but not limited to, opening, modifying, or closing accounts, setting up applications for credit cards, estate or trust account management, lending, within approved limits, sale and withdrawal of registered products and term deposits, or safety deposit box information and other offerings, Provides individualized financial counseling and information to members on loan services, electronic services, credit cards, deposit and service products offered, including recommendations to lending staff, if over limits, while providing appropriate documentation preparation and processing, borate with internal teams to deliver customised services and support client retention Responds to members' enquiries and resolves any problems or concerns, including providing any specific information required, by maintaining an exceptional knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by CCU, Ensures all documentation pertaining to accounts, products and services is prepared and/or executed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, Demonstrates and maintains a high level of risk management knowledge and ensures adherence to all legislative, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Privacy, Money Laundering)
