ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager at dentsu Health, you will be an important member of the Client Engagement team and will play a key role supporting our top priority health and pharmaceutical clients.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will assist with account planning, client management and project execution. Strong communication, dynamic problem-solving skills, attention to detail and project management skills are a must for this role.
This role is a hybrid position, with flexibility to work remotely and in-person at our Toronto office at 1 University Avenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContributes as part of an integrated team in achieving client objectives and execution of projects. Participates in meetings and communications with clients and internal teams. Supports in project management, including development of timelines and quotes. Ensures that the cross-functional internal team is aware of milestones and deadlines, and schedules meetings relating to active projects. Ensures projects are following mandatory client workflows, internal quality control milestones and adherence to client brand guidelines. Provides accurate project details and updates to clients on a regular basis. Supports in managing the financial health and administration of key client accounts and drafts initial estimates. Comfortable with supporting on the management of promotional materials through MLR review cycles. Supports with administrative duties as required, such as proofreading, presentation support, meeting planning, billing and invoicing, data entry and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency role, ideally with a health-focus. Also open to new graduate, with applicable skills. University degree in science, communications, marketing or business. Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations in the Canadian market i.e., PAAB, ASC etc. preferred. Proficient using Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project planning software (SmartSheets).

SKILLSOrganized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing deadlines. Proactive problem-solver who is focused on bringing forward solutions. Collaborative, positive and comfortable working as part of a team. Excellent verbal & written communication, and strong presentation skills. Previous production related experience with broadcast, print and digital production is an asset.

Additional information: The salary range for this position is $50-$55k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
