Account Manager Responsibilities

------------------------------------


Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction Lead Embedded Managers, Supervisors, and frontline security staff across multiple locations Oversee daily operations and ensure 24/7 service delivery through coordination with the Control Centre Monitor key performance indicators such as open shifts, sub usage, and overtime Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Billing teams to maintain seamless operations Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and working with our Business Development team

Account Manager Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in operations or client management Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and client presentation abilities Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Must be eligible to work in Canada
