Account Manager
.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strong list of targeted strategic customers by building strategies and executing a defined plan
Manage and build strong relationships with clients
Promote all product verticals, strategic vendors and product lines to increase revenue and margin for any Source Atlantic and Soucie Salo safety branch
Support and grow selected company initiatives
Identify product, service and solution opportunities with new customers, existing customers and new market segments
Have an in-depth knowledge of the business and be able to create a solid value proposition
Write business proposals
Negotiate with key stake holders with clients
Continue to research new business streams, projects that would be good viable income streams
Follow and stay on top of all key industry trends
Be part of the team to draft and review contracts
Report and track activity in the CRM and hold regular meetings with management on progress
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
Proactive, motivated, professional self-starter
Ability to use Internet, and Microsoft Office effectively with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Travel required
Knowledge of the wholesale industrial distribution industry is valuable but not required
