This role requires a

. Your ability to align these solutions with each client's unique business needs will be essential.
While your focus will be on
prospecting and acquiring new business
, you will also take ownership of select
existing accounts
, ensuring continued satisfaction and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

with experience in B2B environments and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Background & Experience
:
Proven success in
B2B sales
, ideally in IT, telecommunications, or related industries
2-5+ years of sales experience with a focus on
new business acquisition
Strong communication skills, including the ability to sell virtually and in person
Experience managing both
short and long-term sales cycles
Comfortable navigating client organizations at multiple levels
Demonstrated ability to maintain customer relationships while pursuing new business opportunities
Strategic thinker with strong qualifying and closing skills
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
Interest in or experience with volunteerism and community involvement
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and making cold calls
Key Responsibilities
:
Prospect
and generate leads to build and grow your client portfolio
Conduct
needs assessments
to identify client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
Manage the
entire sales cycle
- from lead generation to closing deals
Maintain and expand
relationships within existing accounts
to identify additional opportunities
Promote and sell business solutions, including: wireless & wireline services, security, and IT offerings
Deliver timely and accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solution design meets client requirements
Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations, and agreements
Deliver excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Support the retail environment as needed: assisting walk-in clients, opening/closing the store, and participating in floor sales
Continuously improve sales skills through coaching, mentorship, and active practice
Taking initiative to exceed sales targets
